- While the material is ok than the company will pack the material with their own packing kits and handover to the 1st
- The payment if any will be made within 2hrs by the buyers after testing is every details, Full confidentiality/secrecy will be maintained by all concerned (buyers and sellers side).
Process of the Works
There has been having multiple works having multiple processes. If one can produce material within Kolkata police jurisdiction then all expenses related to work must be bearded by the Company.

While the item is within 100 kilometres from the Kolkata city Company appraiser must be sent along with you and if the item got genuine within two to three hours of the final testing company will provide 10 cr. as token and bring the material to join custody in any five star Hotel.

After having got the material in joint custody the final agreement and the final schedule will be made having final discussion of all parties. The liquid payment will be release within five days and white payment will be started after three days of the custody and total payment must be given within 21 working days.

While you are asking more than 10 cr. payment, you should give me 24 hrs seating arrangement at the spot. Thus no service charge can be applicable.
Terms & Conditions
- 1.Tester will test the item thrice in interval of half an hour.
- 2.The tester will test the item Free Hand.
- 3.Spot must be near road side (not for herbal) where phone & car facilities are available. No one can force tester to move interior place to test the article.
- 4.The payment will be started after 2-3 hour of the final inspection.
- 5.The full responsibility of the Article is upon the First Party & the responsibility of the payment is upon Second Party.
- 6.The service charges will be forfeited if the Article proves Duplicate or First Party fails to show the Article, at the same time the Agreement shall be cancelled.
- 7.Second Party must pay ten times of the deposited amount as penalty charge if fails to pay the payment within mentioned time.
- 8.The tester's decisions will be final at the spot.
- 9.The Article shall be kept at joint-Custody after Same day payment.
- 10.The final Agreement & the final payment schedule will be made sitting at joint-Custody.
- 11.Inspection must be in-between 10 am to 2 pm.
